Dear Chanel,
You may download templates for applying for the USD 30,000 under the National Prioritization Funding Exercise window. Please visit the GEF website to read about the NPFE http://www.thegef.org/gef/National_Portfolio_Formulation_Exercises.
I am attaching what I downloaded from the GEF Website for your perusal. Ms. Minna Kononen of the GEF Secretariat in Washington DC (cc here) is your contact focal point for accessing the NPFE fund. All enquires should be directed to her including your application.
Good luck and Kind Regards,
Meapelo

Dear Meapelo,
I have been directed by my Permanent Secretary to organise a meeting with other stakeholders to discuss how best to programme the GEF-6 allocations. I wonder if the GEF Support funds can be used to organise such a meeting. Can you send the application forms again?.
Regards,
Chanel
